Now a lot of people say, “You know what? I’m gonna do it, when:”

I have a good photographer to take nice pictures of the property

I inherit enough money to get a beautiful office

I have a good, comfortable place to work

I have a better phone

I get a better and more powerful computer

I get the right sales team
And so on and so forth. The bottom line is, don’t talk about it, just do it.
