Standardized Operating Procedures

Mendy Realty requires all prospective homebuyers to provide identification and proof of funds or mortgage pre-approval before viewing properties. However, we do not strictly require an Exclusive Buyer Broker Agreement to begin services.
How does Mendy Realty comply with Fair Housing Laws?
