Today, people are busy and pushing to be successful, whatever their goals in life. What they don’t realize is that sometimes if you take a step back and relax, you will find the success that you are seeking. If a musician or artist is under stress, they find their creativity stifled. When a composer writes a composition or an artist creates a piece of art, they always do it when they are in a relaxed state of mind, not when they are stressed out thinking, “Oh, I have a goal and I must do it.”

You have to have big goals and big dreams. Believe in yourself and know that your goal is possible. For instance, the first people to climb Mt. Everest were Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay on May 29, 1953. So many people wanted to do it. Many tried and were not successful. Many died doing it and many people said it was not possible. But Sir Edmund believed it could be done and they went to the top. Since then, more than 1,000 people have been successful in doing it, too.
