Everyone is busy with their email and their texting and their Facebook. They want fast food and quick results. They want the answers now and they can’t wait.

A lot of us are going out there and doing sales in real estate, which is a very unique type of selling. One sale’s commission pays you for many, many hours of work. Sometimes we don’t realize how much effort we have to put in to get a sale done.

What happens to some real estate people is that they get frustrated, run down and burned out. They think, “This is not working. Maybe I should do something else.” Sometimes they even take that step, quit, but then the deal they were working on actually closes. They get their commission and realize, “Wow! This thing does work.”
