{1:22 minutes to read} If there was ever a phrase that procrastinators hate, this would be it! What it takes to be successful in real estate or for the doers and movers and shakers to get things done is to just do it.
Now a lot of people say, “You know what? I’m gonna do it, when:”

I have my website working perfectly

I have a good photographer to take nice pictures of the property
-
I inherit enough money to get a beautiful office
-
I have a good, comfortable place to work
-
I have a better phone
-
I get a better and more powerful computer
-
I get the right sales team
And so on and so forth. The bottom line is, don’t talk about it, just do it.
Build relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and brokers, whether within or without your organization, but don’t let them distract you or waste your time. Someone trying to do a deal and not being successful is not wasting your time, but those you work and negotiate with, who are delaying or procrastinating and not getting the business done, are obstacles to your success. They are a distraction and should be avoided. To them I say, just do it and do it now.
Don’t wait for the perfect situation. Get started now. When you get your act together and start doing it, the positive energy you create will allow things to just fall into place.
